What can I return?

You may return any purchase from the GuitarTruth.com website, except clothing, within 60 days of delivery for a full refund. We want you to be completely satisfied with your product!

We ask that you open and inspect your package immediately upon receipt to confirm that your order is correct. If there is a problem with the product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

When will I get my refund?

Most refunds are fully refunded in 3-5 days after we receive and process your return.

Does GuitarTruth offer replacements and exchanges?

Yes. You can create replacement and exchange orders, except for clothing, by emailing us at support@guitartruth.com, or, by calling us at 937-256-9344. If you received a damaged or defective item, we’ll ship you a replacement of the exact item. If you would like to exchange an item for another, no problem, just let us know.
